Purpose of the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to lead our financial operations and oversee the organization’s fiscal health. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in accounting standards such as GAAP, with a strong background in nonprofit accounting.

Qualifications:

• • Accounting degree or minimum 3 years of experience in the field (preferably in nonprofit accounting)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online; Pushpay and Bill.com experience preferred
  • Self-motivated; must be able to set & achieve goals
  • Organizational and relational abilities
  • Must maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality

Key Job Functions:

• • Responsible for weekly Accounts Receivable, including electronic, cash and check offerings
  • Responsible for weekly Accounts Payable, including writing checks, making online payments, reconciling Divvy and other credit cards, and check processing
  • Responsible for preparing monthly reports 
  • Assists with annual budget preparation and annual business meeting presentation
  • Assists with financial analysis as needed, including monthly donor analysis

Purpose of the Job:

To oversee and optimize the physical infrastructure of our organization, ensuring a safe, clean, functional, and efficient environment that supports the needs of our employees, members, and daily operations.

Qualifications:

• • Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a church setting
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and health regulations
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Key Functions:

• • Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all facilities, which may include plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, janitorial, etc.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Coordinate and oversee repairs and renovations
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors
  • Setup for church events and serve as the main staff member responsible for building security
