Purpose of the Job:

To perform, manage and direct all maintenance & janitorial functions required on Redeemer’s campus.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• • Have knowledge of construction & maintenance; knowledge of Google Suite
  • Self-motivated; adaptable; able to follow instructions; able to set & achieve goals
  • Must have a servant’s heart and maintain a good attitude in difficult situations
  • Must be, or be willing to become, a member of Redeemer Church

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the entire church property
  • Main point of contact for all outside facilities and grounds vendors
  • Responsible for room setup for events and meetings as directed, including setting HVAC
  • Responds to all emergencies and makes assessment. Work closely with Director of Administrative Ministries as to find a solution when necessary
  • Responsible for developing a routine maintenance program
  • As possible, assume all responsibility for repair of all electrical, plumbing, drywall and painting. When an issue arises where we do not have skill/equipment to fix a problem, contact appropriate contractor to do so
  • Maintain janitorial supplies
  • Responsible for building security

Physical Demands:

• • Must be willing and able to lift 50 lbs
  • Operate Genie lift

Purpose of the Job:
To provide care for children ages 0-5 in a nursery setting.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• • Must be 18+ years old
  • Experience with children ages 0-5
  • CPR certification a plus
  • Must pass background check and complete a child abuse prevention course
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be, or be willing to become, a member of Redeemer Church

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• • Provide care for children ages 6 weeks – Kindergarten during weekly church activities and special events
  • Follow a schedule and lesson plan coinciding with provided curriculum
  • Clean and organize classroom supplies & materials

Expectations:

• • This is a part-time position for approximately 5-10 hours per week, consisting of Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. There are occasional special events on Friday or Sunday nights that require childcare to be open.

Purpose of the Job:
To provide support and care for individuals with disabilities during weekly gatherings.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• • Must be 18+ years old
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Must pass a background check and complete a child abuse prevention course
  • Must have reliable transportation

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• • Assist in implementing and supervising activities for individuals with disabilities.
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to participants during classroom activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
  • Collaborate with other team members to create engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants

• • This is a part-time position for approximately 5 hours per week, consisting of Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
